On a moonlit night in January rival families met in secrecy at Sidney's Italian. There was great food and wine to be sure but deals had to be made, power had to be exercised, someone had to take the fall, because this MYSTERY had to be solved or no one could rest. On Wednesday, April 23rd Sidney's Italian gives new meaning to the saying, "I'd like my burger all the way!" Have you ever had an Angus grass-fed beef burger topped with lobster? Or how about topped with black truffles and Foie Gras? Or a burger made with a chocolate wafer as the meat, strawberries taking the place of tomato and kiwi fruit the lettuce in a delicious French pastry bun? How about chocolater fries? On this night the fabulous recipes of fabulous Chef Hubert Keller will be paired with Danny Fetzer's Jeriko Estates organic wines. On Saturday, March 15th auditions begin at Sidney's Pizza Parlor for their amazing Guitar Hero contest. There will be several age divisions as well as Beginner, Medium, Hard and Advanced categories. Sidney's is proud to present an incredible evening of food and wine with our special guest Katrina Fetzer of the legendary Fetzer family, pioneers of the organic/bio-dynamic movement in the wine industry. This night will feature organic fruits, vegetables and herbs, grass-fed,organic beef from Camp Masut in Round Valley, California, wild-caught, fresh seafood and the stunning, spectacular, organic and biodynamic, estate wines of Ceago Vinegarden.
